Making your House a Home, Part V

Its been a few weeks since my last 'making your house a home 101' post, and I am so excited for todays post! This area of our home was one of the first areas I put together and when I started making changes, I knew I wanted to do a stencil somewhere in the house, so the it ended up happening in the loft. Please enjoy.

Like I have said in my other post, I want this to be an open conversation. So as we go through the rooms and areas I have decorated I would love to hear input or links to how you have made your house more of a home.

Here's what we've got coming up in the series (and links to previous posts):
* Thursday, February 20th: Entry Way / Mudroom
* Wednesday, February 26thKitchen
* Wednesday, March 12th: Living Room
* Thursday, March 20th: Office
* Tuesday, April 8th: Loft
* Tuesday, April 22nd: Guest Bedroom
* Monday, May 5th: Babies Bedroom
* Tuesday, May 20th: Master Suite
So this area might seem like nothing to you, but this is one of my favorite places in the house. Like I said above, it could be because it was the first area of my house I fixed up and really decorated, but I think it is the perfect reading area or even a place to just relax and have a glass of wine.
The main focus of the loft is the stencil wall my mom and I painted. Here is a link from a few years back on how you can do your own stencil wall.
