Sunday Sayings

I am definitely a person that worries or over thinks all situations. What Is worry? Why do I work myself into frenzy over a situation that is beyond my control? Why do I waste my energy with worrying? 

I have was looking at this and trying to find ideas on what might help me worry less or ad least put my mind at ease for a bit. 
Get busy and distract yourself 
When you are worrying start working on your to do list. One of the benefits of your to do list is you will stop worrying about forgetting something important.
It is important that you take time to totally relax. Take time to be by yourself and do something you want to do. It just takes a couple of minutes of this exercise for the tension to leave your body.
Take Care of Yourself
Get plenty of rest. Eat healthy and exercise. When you take care of yourself, it’s easier to put things in perspective. It’s easier to cope with the unexpected.
